Your clients Quickbooks are changing! Coming soon to Quickbooks, a change in formatting. Originally, your clients displayed a classic form template. In the next couple of weeks, this will be replaced by the standard form template. However, this will be a simple transition! These two formats are very similar and will be easier for you and your client to display information. Quickbooks has also taken the chance to redesign the screen layout for a less cluttered look. They have also added some new sales form styles and custimization options. WIth this new update your clients will be able to:  Select from multiple templates with different designs Experiment with various colors within statements Pick from a variety of fonts To make sure the new form meets your needs, theres are many customization options. It's Tax Season!  Time to get the W2 out to the employees and the 1099's printed! The QuickBooks Gal is here to help make it a bit easier for you and your business! Here is how to get your 1099 ready! Getting started: Go to Vendors - Prepare 1099 - Get Started Review Company Details! Fill out all necessary items such as Company Name, Filing Address, Tax ID and the payees name, which is you! Look over all details, if you need to change anything on the form click the pencil icon on the far right to make changes Assign Vendor Payments: The next step is to pick all the categories that go to your vendors and tell QuickBooks which accounts were used to track those payments  Confirm 1099 The next step is to make sure all information is correct, including name and address File your 1099! Flu Season is upon us! That means it is time to prepare ourselves to not get sick! Way to prevent it: Wash hands regularly Drink plenty of liquids, water, soup, ect Get a Flu Shot! Most places with a pharmacy give flu shots for a cheap price, some may even do free days!  When that doesn't work: Time to start getting better! Drink plenty of tea: With honey and lemon! Drink plenty of water!  Disinfect everything! Door handles, sinks, vacuum, wash your sheets a few times till you are done being sick! Wash away all the germs so you don't get sick again or make others in your household sick! Soup! It's an old grandma trick but it works!                     Check out the new faster, cleaner registers in QuickBooks Online. There is a new filter option that offers both a find and filter. Sorting is also included.
